Самое важное отличие этой модели от более простых и дешевых в том это еще и скороварка. То есть она может работать под небольшим избыточным давлением, что увеличивает температуру кипения воды. А это в свою очередь дает значительный выигрыш во времени. И это особенно заметно при тушении говядины, баранины и любого другого "упорного" мяса. А какой замечательный в ней можно приготовить холодец и, мало того что он действительно варится почти в полтора раза быстрее, так у него еще и вкус получается немного другой, мне так даже больше понравилось. Впрочем, давление помогает не только мясу, отварить фасоль или горох в таком режиме тоже можно значительно быстрее. А еще она помогает быстро готовить вкуснейший плов. И, как я не устаю повторять, делает это максимально быстро, всего за каких-то 20 мин (это я о рисе, с мясом отдельная история). С ней проще отваривать овощи. Картошку по давление я совать не рискнула, она и так разваривается быстро, а вот бурячок и морковка для винегрета в ней можно отваривать на ура. С нетерпением жду лето и свежую молочную кукурузу, это тоже тот самый продукт, что должен вариться гораздо быстрее. Чаша в мультиварке большая, пятилитровая. Автоматический программ в ней 13, но кроме этого есть классная функция мультиповар, которая позволяет управлять всеми параметрами в ручном режиме. Быстро разваривающиеся продукты в ней готовить смысла нет, потому что выходит даже дольше чем на газовой плите. Все же мощность у нее поменьше, чем у конфорок. Пробовала готовить в ней выпечку, но получилось как-то не очень – снизу перегрелось, сверху и в средине сыровато. |
