A powerful full-frame telephoto camera with a long range for photo and video shooting. The lens has a range of focal lengths of 100-400 mm and a variable maximum aperture of f/4.5-5.6. In the short-focus position, it automatically focuses from a distance of 75 cm, at maximum zoom - from a distance of 98 cm. The telephoto lens focuses quickly and almost silently, allowing you to follow fast-moving objects in the frame.
The vibration reduction system on board the Nikon 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 Z VR S Nikkor ensures comfortable handheld shooting at longer shutter speeds. The effectiveness of its operation is assessed by the ability to compensate for 5.5 steps of shutter speed or exposure. The complex optical design of the model is made up of 25 elements in 20 groups. Among them you can see six ultra-low-disperse and two super-low-disperse elements. To suppress glare and flare in the lens, special coatings Nano Crystal and ARNEO are used. The design of the telephoto is dust- and moisture-resistant, and a protective fluorine coating is applied to its front lens. The weight of the lens without a tripod foot is about 1.35 kg. It measures 222 mm in length. The telephoto body has a built-in info display to display key settings.
