The model belongs to the Kenwood Chef XL series, which includes capacious, powerful and, accordingly, expensive devices. But the food processor can replace several appliances in the kitchen at once, as it combines a planetary mixer, a meat grinder and a blender. In addition, it is possible to install more than 20 additional accessories (purchased separately), which will turn the device into a real kitchen complex with unlimited possibilities.
Three drives are provided for this: planetary, low-speed and high-speed, allowing you to quickly change nozzles. The mixer is equipped with a capacious metal bowl with a volume of 6.7 L with a protective lid, which allows you to cook for the whole family at once, and three nozzles: a dough hook, a universal K-shaped nozzle for kneading minced meat, mashed potatoes and other products and a whisk for whipping.
The Kenwood Chef XL KVL4170W meat grinder also has its own arsenal, consisting of three grills for minced meat, as well as nozzles for forming kebbe and homemade sausages. Finally, the blender, with its 1.6L heat-resistant glass bowl and its own stainless steel blades, quickly prepares smoothies, shakes, soups and baby food, whether hot or chilled. The “heart” of the device is a 1200 W motor that can handle heavy loads and ensures stable operation at 8 speeds or in a pulsed mode. The intelligent system cools it to prevent overheating and stops it when the top of the case is raised.

Cool work with dough, especially with cool dough)) I'm not joking anymore, the difference between plastic Chinese cheapies and real machines is best manifested precisely on super-dense shortbread and elastic yeast dough. This machine, with a bowl volume of 6.7 liters, can prepare two or even two and a half kilograms of bread or pastry in one batch. If someone is not in the know, then plastic cheapies can hardly turn one kilogram. Sand can be made about a kilogram, which is also an outstanding result. The machine has a powerful electric motor (1.2 kW), a proprietary planetary mixing mechanism and a rigid metal body, thanks to which it can mix such volumes of viscous load. There are few planetary nozzles, only three (corolla, hook, k-shaped), but they are enough. I regularly make dough for rich pies, buns, sometimes for biscuit cakes. Such work usually takes up to 6-7 minutes of time. Proteins with sugar whip much faster, if they are properly cooled, then 3.5-4 minutes is enough. Also included is a grinder. Cleaned meat cuts perfectly, small films are not a hindrance to it. The rotation speed is smoothly adjustable, that is, the mechanism is stepless. The price is high, but for a car of this class it is adequate. It can be used even in a small confectionery, it will certainly cope with such loads. The metal case looks cool, but quickly picks up fingerprints. |
