In terms of performance, the Arc A750 falls between the GeForce RTX 3060 and Radeon RX 6600 XT, providing comfort for playing the latest AAA games in Full HD with high graphics settings. Intel also provides its own alternative to DLSS/FSR technologies called XeSS. Like its competitors, the Arc family is fully compatible with DirectX 12 Ultimate and has hardware-accelerated ray tracing, as well as support for mesh shaders and other modern technologies. Arc has excellent memory with a large cache and high bandwidth, but there are also unobvious problems that owners of video cards from other manufacturers may encounter.
Not suitable for older PCs
The most glaring issue with the Arc series is the significant performance fluctuations in games running DirectX 11. Intel promises to fix this issue with drivers, but it is still an issue. Additionally, these cards rely heavily on modern technology and may not perform as expected on older systems. For example, if the motherboard does not support Resizable BAR/SAM technologies, which are responsible for the interaction between the processor and video memory, the Intel Arc A750 can slow down performance and turn the gameplay into a slideshow. However, they can be an interesting choice for systems with modern processors, new memory and PCI-E 4.0/5.0 support, providing an alternative to the GeForce RTX 3060 and Radeon RX 6600 XT.
