In a soldering nozzle, the catalyst quickly burns out. Since there is no instruction on how to cut off the flame.
Fortunately, I learned this information at the very beginning of use. And I'm fine with the nozzle. For those who bought this device, I recommend finding a video about this topic on YouTube. By the way, you can replace the catalyst with tungsten springs from 2 bulbs of 300w each. It is clear that the light bulbs will have to be sacrificed. What about the soldering iron itself. That thing for an electrician and those who like to solder something is simply necessary. I recommend refueling only with Newport gas. Other analogues can forget the nozzle with paraffin, and this is death for this soldering cutter. Burns vigorously, 90 minutes. I recommend that after purchase, test for the presence of gas persecution. Charge up to the throat and let lie down for a week. And check if the gas is gone. I heard that such a marriage rarely happens. All in all, a worthwhile thing. Who needs a soldering iron offline, this is your tool. Autonomy, mobility, quality, reliability.
