Relatively compact and powerful 2021 mid-range gaming graphics card for balanced, reasonably priced gaming PCs equipped with FullHD monitors. The key element of the Asus GeForce RTX 3060 Dual V2 OC LHR graphics card is the Nvidia GA106 GPU (Ampere, 8 nm manufacturing process), equipped with second-generation RT cores that allow you to build realistic 3D images with Real-Time Ray Tracing, providing a fundamentally new the level of reliability of lighting and reflections. Thanks to 3rd generation Tensor Cores, intelligent scaling technology based on Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) deep learning algorithms is supported.
It differs from similar models from other manufacturers by modest overall dimensions (only 200 mm long), moderate cost, the presence of factory overclocked GPU profiles and the use of a proprietary heat dissipation system, which consists of copper heat pipes with aluminium fins and a pair of durable Axial-tech fans. The graphics card has moderate power consumption (up to 170 W) and fits easily into small Minitower cases.

I bought to replace a STRIX GTX1050TI 4G in a five-year-old computer with z390 and 8700k. Since everything is assembled in a retro case manufactured in 2001, which does not know what normal ventilation is, I had to turn the air direction 180 degrees and put a 120 fan on the front panel so that the flow of cold air was directly under the video card. In games (The Witcher 3, Starfield, Cyberpunk) at QHD resolution on medium - maximum settings with DLSS without rays, it produces a comfortable 45-65 FPS. If you don't touch the voltage, it keeps overclocking up to 2100/16000, which is of no practical importance because it adds only 2-3 FPS to the interval of 50-60 FPS. The card is assembled high-quality, compact and quite quiet, at 100% load, the temperature is kept at 65-70 degrees at about 70% fan speed. Unlike some direct competitors, there is an aluminum backplate, and the radiator is soldered to the heat pipes. The memory chips are kosher Samsung, although this is not important for this model.
